What sets you apart from other providers or headshops?

For us, individuality is at the heart of everything. Many of our products are available in limited quantities and feature unique designs. Additionally, we offer the option to have products personally engraved or customized. This way, you can be sure that your product is not only high-quality but also something special – in many cases, you will own a design that only a few people, or perhaps even just you, have in that exact form.

How long does shipping take and what carrier do you use?

Shipping within Germany is handled by DHL. The delivery time is generally 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99 per order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package.

How does the personal engraving work?

You can upload your desired design directly on the product page, and we will precisely engrave it onto your product using modern laser engraving technology. Clear black-and-white graphics, logos, symbols, or lettering with good contrast work best. If necessary, we will optimize your file before engraving. Alternatively, you can also send in your own product – after ordering the engraving service, we will professionally engrave it and then send it back to you.

Do you have other products, or will new ones be added?

Yes, our range is regularly expanded. We frequently release new collections, designs, and variations of our products and continue to develop existing items. This includes new engravings, special designs, and limited editions. It is therefore worth checking the shop regularly so you don't miss any new products or updates.
